SERVICE CHARGE IS TO HELP COVER THE TIME PREPPING, PLANNING, SETTING UP, & CLEANING UP BEFORE, DURING, & AFTER YOUR EVENT.
TIP IS FOR THE STAFF THAT’S WORKING DURING YOUR EVENT.
Special Event and Photoshoot Pricing
Rate: $800/Hour
- Suitable for photoshoots, commercials, and private play sessions.
- Please note: No birthday parties under this category.
Birthday Party Rules and Requirements
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 40% is required at the time of booking.
- Cancellation/Rescheduling: A 30-day notice is mandatory to cancel or reschedule your event.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 5 days prior to the event.
- Service Fee: All events are subject to a 15% service fee.
- Credit Card Transactions: A 3% fee applies to all credit card transactions.
- Decorations: Please note, dessert tables, cake stands, backdrops, and balloons are not included in the package.
- Time Extension: A 15-minute grace period is allowed post-party. An additional fee of $250 will be charged for late departures to facilitate cleaning, sanitizing, and preparation for the next event.
- Backdrop Restrictions: Backdrops cannot be hung on the walls.
- Play Area Rules:
- Shoes must be removed before entering the play area.
- Non-slip socks are required for all guests.
- A damage fee of $250 will be charged if the play mat is damaged.
